Contemporary fashion culture is significantly boosted by Hype-dealing accounts on social networks. How does this particular context affect isolated realities such as third world countries?

Lowsnobiety: low, snobb, class, society is a publication highlighting the influences of occidental brands on African fashion culture. Focusing on isolated realities, Lowsnobiety’s intent is to raise a discussion about the effects that mass fashion industry has on third world countries. The project is a research about underground subcultures that are increasingly growing over the continent. The first issue displays the trends in Madagascar.
